You’ve seen it. Now experience the sport that’s sweeping the surf/paddle nation. Stand-Up Paddleboarding was made popular by surf legend Laird Hamilton, as a way to catch ginormous waves. And to workout when the surf was “flat.” But you don’t have to be Laird to enjoy the incredible sensation of gliding along the water, powered by alternating strokes of your long stand-up paddle.

Paddleboard Rentals and Lessons in Laguna Beach

Our thick and stable boards allow you to easily get to your feet, and stay there.  It’s a relaxing yet invigorating way to see the ocean, the coastline, and get a great core workout. Paddleboarding in Laguna is especially tasty, with a stretch of calm waters protected from prevailing winds by Catalina Island.  We launch from a quaint cove with a channel that is uniquely wave protected. Which makes it easy to get out to sea. Then you’ll see what makes Laguna magical; hidden coves with crystal clear waters and a technicolor coastline of sand, reefs and bluffs. Plus abundant sea life, from golden garabaldis, friendly sea lions and curious dolphins, to our amazing kelp beds (an endless eco-system often referred to as an underwater rain forest). You’ll have time to sit on your board and learn about this marvelous resurgence.
