The results are in. Meditation is a scientific protocol to ease stress, promote wellbeing, and sharpen focus. It is a core value and practice of La Vida Laguna, and we consider it an honor and duty to teach others this life affirming practice. We don’t force you to sit uncomfortable cross-legged. Mediation can be done by busy executives on the fly – when you’re walking, on a plane, or in a traffic jam. We teach Mindfulness 2.0 – a survey of the many aspects of being mindful – noticing, being present, elevating the senses, conscious eating, walking, paddling, and practicing gratitude.
